Who is organizing this?
Hi!!! We are Elaine, Caro and Ingrid. We're a group of friends who have been improvising together for several years, and we want to share the benefits of play and improv with our communities!
Ingrid is the founder of Griottes Polyglottes, a not-for-profit organization that aims to drive social change through play.
Head's up: This is not a therapy session - but it can be deeply therapeutic. We're not analyzing, diagnosing, or fixing. We're simply playing, feeling, and connecting.
This is an inclusive space, with room for all intersecting identities.
Come as you are. No need to "be funny." Just bring your curiosity and willingness to try.
Harassment or discrimination will not be tolerated.
