DISTRICT OF CHETWYND
PROPOSED ZONING AMENDMENT BYLAW NO. 1086, 2019, PROPOSED ZONING AMENDMENT BYLAW NO. 1087, 2019, AND PROPOSED ZONING AMENDMENT BYLAW NO. 1088, 2019
NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING
Pursuant to Section 465 of the Local Government Act RSBC 2015, the Council of the District of Chetwynd gives notice it will hold a Public Hearing to consider the above-named bylaws:
Date: February 19,2019 Time: 4:00 p.m. Place: Council Chambers
1) Proposed Zoning Amendment Bylaw No. 1086,2019 will change the zoning from Airport - A1 to Light Industrial - M1 on the subject property known as 4720 Airport Road SE (Lot 16, District Lot 1809, Peace River District Plan PGP38224) across the road from the airport; (please see plan below); and 2) Proposed Zoning Amendment Bylaw No. 1087,2019 will change the zoning from Airport - A1 to Light Industrial - M1 on the subject property known as 4724 Airport Road SE (Lot 15, District Lot 1809, Peace River District Plan PGP38224) across the road from the airport; (please see plan below); to facilitate the construction of a shop and for parking trucks used in the applicant’s trucking operation;
3) Proposed Zoning Amendment Bylaw No. 1088, 2019 will change the zoning from Single Family Residential - R1 to Multiple Family Residential (Low Density) - RM1 for 4744 48A Street NW (Lot 4, District Lot 1814, Peace River District Plan No. 31468) to allow the existing duplex to be converted into a fourplex.
All persons who believe their interest in property may be affected by the proposed bylaws and wish to register an opinion may do so by:
1. Appearing before Council at the said Public Hearing; and/or 2. Forwarding written submissions for Council’s consideration, prior to 4:00 p.m. February 19, 2019, to District of Chetwynd, P.O. Box 357, Chetwynd, BC, V0C 1J0 ; Fax: 250-401-4101; or Email:
